What You Need:

  1. A registered credit card with Virta
  2. Access to your email account

1. Overview of the Postpaid by Card Model

The new Virta "Postpaid by Card" pricing model simplifies your billing process by automatically invoicing your credit card for your charging events at the end of each month.

2. How Invoicing Works

Your charging events for the month are compiled and billed at the beginning of the next month.

  • Complete Charging Events: Use your Virta account to charge your vehicle as usual throughout the month.
  • Automatic Invoicing: At the start of the following month, all your charging events from the previous month will be automatically invoiced from your registered credit card.
  • Review Invoice: The total amount will be deducted from your card, and a detailed invoice will be generated.

3. Receiving Your Transaction Receipt

You will receive a receipt that includes a detailed list of all your transactions for the month.

  • Check Your Email: Look for an email from Virta containing your monthly receipt.
  • Review Transactions: Open the receipt to review the details of each charging event, including the date, time, location, and cost.
  • Save or Print: Save the receipt for your records or print it out if needed for your documentation.

Ensure your credit card information is up to date in your Virta account to avoid any issues with automatic invoicing. You can access your transaction history at any time through your Virta account for further review or record-keeping.
