This article outlines the expected delivery time for RFID tags and provides information on how to use the mobile app while waiting for the RFID to arrive.

- An order for an RFID tag
- Access to the Virta mobile app
1. RFID Tag Delivery Time
If you have ordered the RFID tag, it will be sent to you via the Post (in Finland) to the address provided in your customer account. Printing and deliveries are processed on a weekly basis, so the RFID should arrive within 2 weeks from the order date.
2. Using the Mobile App While Waiting
While waiting for your RFID to arrive, you can start charging using the Virta mobile app. Your login credentials are sent to you right after registration, and once the RFID tag arrives, it will already be linked to your customer account and ready for use.
3. Accessing Your Payment Receipt
You can find the receipt of your payment in the app. Navigate to App - Receipts to view and download your receipt.
The Customer Portal has been discontinued. You can continue to manage your charging account from the mobile app.
