How can I add my own RFIDs to my account?

This article outlines the steps to add your own RFIDs to your customer account using the Virta mobile application.

What You Need:

  1. Virta mobile application installed
  2. Active Virta customer account
  3. RFID tag

 

1. Adding an RFID on the Mobile Application

  • Login to the app: Open the Virta mobile application and log in to your account.
  • Go to your profile tab: Navigate to the profile section by tapping on the profile icon.
  • Select Charging Tags:
    • Tap on the "Charging Tags" option in your profile section.
    • Add a new RFID: Click on the 'add' symbol located at the top right corner of the screen.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the details of your RFID tag.

Make sure your RFID tag is active and correctly entered to ensure it is properly linked to your customer account.
