This article outlines the steps to add your own RFIDs to your customer account using the Virta mobile application.
What You Need:
- Virta mobile application installed
- Active Virta customer account
- RFID tag
1. Adding an RFID on the Mobile Application
- Login to the app: Open the Virta mobile application and log in to your account.
- Go to your profile tab: Navigate to the profile section by tapping on the profile icon.
- Select Charging Tags:
- Tap on the "Charging Tags" option in your profile section.
- Add a new RFID: Click on the 'add' symbol located at the top right corner of the screen.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the details of your RFID tag.
Make sure your RFID tag is active and correctly entered to ensure it is properly linked to your customer account.
