Why did I receive a refund on my June 2025 charging bill?

At Virta, your security and peace of mind are our top priorities. To help protect you and ensure the reliability of our services, we regularly perform credit checks. These checks may include a review of your charging account details, charging behaviour, payment history, or payment cards. This process helps us maintain a safe and trustworthy environment for all our customers.

In certain cases, if these checks indicate a potential risk, we may need to take precautionary measures and refrain from concluding the service agreement. These can include issuing invoices earlier or more frequently, temporarily suspending access to the service, or, in rare cases, discontinuing the service agreement. Such measures are taken only when necessary to safeguard both our customers and our service.

Please rest assured that any actions we take are always in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, specifically outlined in section 5, “Pricing and paying for the charging service.” These measures are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and protection for everyone.
