Troubleshooting a Stuck Cable in AC Chargers
1. Stop the Charging Process:
- Use your mobile app, RFID tag, or one-time payment website to stop the charging session.
- Try multiple times to ensure the charger receives the signal to unlock.
2. Disconnect the Cable from the Car:
- Check your car for a release button for the charging cable.
- In some cars, the charging port unlocks when the car door is unlocked. Unlock the car door and try stopping the charging session again.
3. Unplug the Cable from the Charger:
- Carefully unplug the cable from the charger. Avoid pulling too hard to prevent damage to the cable.
