This article outlines the process and importance of verifying your email address after registering as a Virta customer.

What You Need:

  1. Access to the email address used during registration
  2. Internet connection
  3. Alternative browser (not Internet Explorer)

1. Email Verification Process

After registering as a Virta customer, you will receive an email to authenticate your email address. The email contains a link that allows you to verify your customer account.

2. Importance of Verification

  • Verify within 7 days: Customers must verify their accounts within seven (7) days after registration.
  • Account disablement: If not verified, the Virta system will automatically disable your account.
  • Contact Support if disabled: If your account is disabled, contact Virta Support to re-enable it.
  • Service access: An unverified account cannot use Virta services.

3. Troubleshooting Verification Issues

  • Check spam folder: If you don't receive the verification link, check your spam or junk folder.
  • Unsupported browser: Note that Internet Explorer is not supported and may cause issues.
  • Contact form: If the verification email is not found, contact us via the contact form for assistance.

Please ensure you use a supported browser, as Internet Explorer may cause issues with the verification process.
