This article outlines the steps to reset your password using the Virta mobile application or the customer portal.

What You Need:

  1. Access to the Virta mobile application or a browser
  2. Email address associated with your Virta account
  3. Alternative browser (not Internet Explorer)

 

1. Resetting Your Password via Mobile App

  • Open the app: Launch the Virta mobile application.
  • Request a password reset:
    • Navigate to the login screen.
    • Tap on the "Forgot Password" option.
    • Enter your email address.
  • Instructions sent: You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

2. Resetting Your Password via Browser

  • Access the customer portal: Open your browser and go to the Virta customer portal, accessible HERE.
  • Request a password reset:
    • Click on the "Forgot Password" option.
    • Enter your email address.
  • Instructions sent: You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

3. Troubleshooting Password Reset Issues

  • Check spam folder: If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
  • Unsupported browser: Note that Internet Explorer is not supported and may cause issues. Use an alternative browser.
  • Contact support: If you encounter problems with the password reset, please contact our customer support.
